+ where to go for support

This workshop is 3-hours. Spaces are limited, book now to secure your spot.

“The psychologist was fantastic and gave us the tools to have a conversation about mental health and provided guidance on where to go for support. As a small business, that’s something my business partner and I have struggled with in the past – where we’re able to support staff, and when it’s the right time to point them in the direction of experts.“
– Aniela Swiatek, PR Director, Thinking Loud.
