What is the training?
Mentally healthy workplaces attract and retain the best talent, are more productive, and have fewer workers compensation claims.
The ‘Leading a Mentally Healthy Workplace’ training is tailored for small business owners and leaders. It focuses on how to support mental health at work and influence change at a systems and policy level.
Who delivers the training?
Leading a Mentally Healthy Workplace is delivered by the Black Dog Institute, proudly funded by the NSW Government. The 1-hour online training is facilitated by an expert Psychologist and includes interactive discussions, case studies, and Q&A.
What will I learn?

– psychosocial risk factors in the workplace
– strategies to support mental health at work and how to embed them into your business
– how to design healthier workplaces through policies, job roles, and education
